Together with Creative City Solutions, you can Subsidy scheme: Process Support, Upscaling, Renovation Projects (SPOR) requests. This pays a process assistant who draws up and supports a fully executable sustainability plan up to and including the delivery of your project. In this way, sustainability becomes not just a plan, but a reality.

Requirements

Proximity

The building must be located next to at least one other building.

Ownership

The building must have at least 30 registered owners.

Sustainability

The building must make at least two sustainability improvements, such as windows.

A grant advance of €25,000

This can be used to conduct an initial investigation and to hire us as facilitators.

Start making your VvE more sustainable right away

STEP 1

Register your VvE free of charge

Feel free to register your VvE with Creative City Solutions. We currently work exclusively with VVEs with more than 8 homes. Leave your email address and we'll get back to you to help.

STEP 2

Find a matching VvE

We actively help you find a comparable flat with the same ambition. By tackling multiple buildings at the same time, one larger project is created. This provides economies of scale: the contractor can work more efficiently and offer more sharply. This way, you can save directly on costs and accelerate the sustainability of your building.

STEP 3

Organise a General Meeting of Members (GMA)

Together with your administrator and Creative CitySolutions, you will organize an ALV. During this meeting, the VvE votes to apply for the SPOR grant with Creative City Solutions as process supervisor.

Secure funding and plan for implementation

STEP 4

Submit the SPOR grant application

We help your VvE submit the grant application to the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO). With our help, this is happened in 15 minutes!

STEP 5

Get a deposit of €25,000

After approval from the government (the RVO), the VvE receives an advance of €25,000. This amount is intended to cover the initial costs of process support.

Wist u dat u naast de SPOR-subsidie ook gebruik kunt maken van de SVVE subsidie voor onderzoek en advies?

Met de SPOR-subsidie kunt u de inzet van een procesbegeleider financieren. Daarnaast biedt de SVVE-regeling tot wel 75% vergoeding op facturen voor onderzoeken zoals asbestinventarisaties, gevelinspecties en energieberekeningen. Ook zijn er vaak extra mogelijkheden zoals gemeentelijke subsidies, hypotheekrenteaftrek, en aanvullende SVVE-subsidie voor de uitvoering van maatregelen.Wij ontwikkelen voor uw VvE een compleet, uitvoeringsklaar duurzaamheidsplan, in samenwerking met gecertificeerde partners.

Final offer ready for execution

Creative City Solutions selects a high-quality contractor and prepares a clear and transparent final offer.

If the VvE approves it, the remaining subsidy amount will be awarded.

Als uw VvE besluit om de verduurzamingsmaatregelen niet door te zetten, hoeft u de voorschotbetaling van €25.000 niet terug te betalen*.

Project execution and extension

If your VvE decides not to continue with the sustainability improvements, you do not have to repay the €25,000 deposit.
